Caloritix ("we", "us", "our") operates the website caloritix.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information is — and isn't — collected when you use our calculators.

At a glance

• Caloritix does not require user accounts, logins or email addresses.
• Calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser.
• Caloritix does not store your calculator inputs on any server.
• Future third-party services such as analytics or advertising may set cookies if they are added later. This policy will be updated before that happens.

Information we don't collect

Caloritix does not require any account, login or email address. We do not collect, store or transmit the values you enter into our calculators. Every calculation runs locally in your browser using JavaScript and is discarded as soon as you close or refresh the tab.

Local storage

We save a single preference to your browser's local storage — your chosen unit system (metric or imperial) — so the site remembers it between visits. This information stays on your device and is never transmitted. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

Cookies

Caloritix does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We may add basic, privacy-respecting analytics or advertising in the future to support the site; if and when we do, we will update this policy and provide clear notice and, where required, a consent banner.

Third-party services

Caloritix currently uses the following third-party services:

• Google Fonts — to load typefaces (Inter, Sora). Google may receive your IP address when your browser requests a font file. See Google's privacy policy.
• Hosting provider — our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) for security and abuse prevention, in line with their own privacy policy.

Advertising

Caloritix displays advertising served by Adsterra, including native banner placements and a popunder unit. Adsterra and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. For details, see the Adsterra Privacy Policy.

You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings or opt-out tools such as aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu (EEA/UK). Caloritix does not run adult ads.

Children

Caloritix is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The calculators assume input ranges typical of adults and are not suitable for children's health planning. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal information, there is generally nothing for us to delete, export or correct. If you believe we hold information about you, contact us and we'll help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Caloritix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
